THE GRIND CROSSTRAINING CLUB features a challenging and always unique workout (The Daily Grind) offered in a group setting and led by a Grind coach in our premium, Rogue-equipped facility.

The atmosphere is one full of adrenaline and camaraderie. The feeling of accomplishment is empowering. The reward is priceless. Each Grind workout includes a warm-up and initial strength training lift followed by a combination of variable Daily Grind exercises including but not limited to box jumping, sled pushing, rope jumping, kettle bell swinging, tire flipping, rowing, sled pulling, rope climbing, core training, running, burpees, chin-ups and more!
