Kinetix started in 2004 with the heartfelt belief that healthy living is a journey everyone must take and a journey that should not only be life-long, but fun! We introduced our outdoor fitness camps and personal training to local schools, parks, and companies in Gwinnett.  We have now expanded to include metro Atlanta, Athens and Bodyplex Buford.
 
At the end of the day we strive to motivate people to live their best life by  training for the way they want to live: playing in the backyard with the kids, a stronger golf swing, the perfect backhand, or finding the athlete in you. Kinetix helps you train for life in motion
