BPX'ers - We will be doing a modified schedule tmrw, Thursday morning due to spring break so the 8:30a Bodypump class is cancelled tmrw, 4/4 ONLY.

Also note that the Thu afternoon 5p Combat Xpress class will be cancelled for April.

Join us starting Wed, 3/6 @ 8:30a for Pilates Core! Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements - it also emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

There are many health benefits to be gained with Pilates such as improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) & balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body.
