Monday may be the one day that we need the most motivation. Well, we have the perfect way to help you get over those work week blues. We are back with more Client Spotlights!!!
We kick things off again with an awesome lady that has absolutely been crushing her goals. We are literally watching her transform before our eyes. This hard working mom understands the importance of health and fitness. She jumped in head first, with a smile on her face, and hasn’t looked back since. Check out what Paige has to say about her training experience.
Client: Paige Smith
Training: KnockOut Team Training
1. Why do you train?
A) My husband. I owe it to him to be the best version of myself. I strive to be the best wife to him and mother to our children.
B) My children. I want to lead by example and show how to live a happy healthy life. I also want to show by example that there are hard things in life, but with persistence and determination, these things can be accomplished. I want them to know they can do hard things.
C) My patients. I feel so hypocritical trying to teach my patients about making better food choices and moving more, when I don't do these things myself.
2. What is your favorite exercise?
Favorite that I love: RUNNING!
Favorite that I hate, but love because it challenges me: anything with the ropes.
3. If calories didn't matter what would be your go-to food?
4. What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
The 10K I ran in June. I'm currently training for a half marathon. I hope, come November, to say that completing 13.1 will be my most proud fitness accomplishment.
5. What would be your advice to someone who is considering personal training?
Just show up! Just do it. No one starts out knowing what to do. No one can do all the exercises perfectly from the beginning. However with showing up and staying dedicated, you will see change, but you have to put the work in.
