Our weekly Client Spotlight goes out to one STRONG dude! Chris has come a very long way since he first started. He has worked his way through the majority of our training options, constantly progressing throughout the process. If you have been in the gym with him, we know he talked to you...but if not, here are his thoughts on our training programs.

Current training: Program Design
BP: Why do you train?
CM: I train to be healthy and active. And to be able to interact with my kids as they get older. Because my kids look at me as a hero so I strive to be one.
BP: What is your favorite exercise?
BP: If calories didn’t exist, what would you eat?
CM: Steak and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo
BP: What’s your fitness accomplishment that you are most proud of?
CM: The increase in strength and muscle mass that I have gained over the past year.
BP: What’s your advice to someone who is considering personal training?
CM: Don't consider it DO IT! It helps you learn proper form and technique so that you get the most out of your workouts.
