Wow oh woweee do we have a Client Spotlight for you all this week!
This dude’s smile puts a spotlight to shame. It doesn’t matter if he’s in Knockout, climbing the stairmill, or bear crawling his way across the state...he’s ALWAYS smiling.
This week we turn our spotlight on the man, the myth, the legend, the fitness ninja, the silent killer of workouts...Mr. Clem Bell.

BP: Why do you train?
CB: I want to inspire others by showing them if someone as big as me can keep at it and continue making good progress, so can they. Before my time at Bodyplex, a regular meal for me would be a half-dozen of Krispy Kreme donuts and two foot-long Beef and Cheddar Brisket from FireHouse Subs, if that helps you picture who I was before.
BP: What is your favorite exercise?
BP: If calories didn’t exist, what would you eat?
Probably just more Kombucha.
BP: What fitness achievement are you most proud of?
CB: Losing 120 pounds since joining Bodyplex.
BP: What advice would you give someone considering personal training?
If you are considering personal training, think of your body like a car. A car requires regular maintenance and checks to ensure it continues to run properly and avoid breaking down and incurring high repair costs. Don’t wait for your body’s version of the “check engine” light before you start to take care of it. Signing up for personal training ensures you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated professional who will work with you on a regular schedule to make sure your body is in the best shape for the long road ahead.
