What we have created in RAVE Training (REVOLUTIONARY, ACTIVE,VARIABLE,EXERCISE) is a periodized program, designed to be inclusive to all ages and fitness levels. It is based on the use functional movements with constantly changing variables to develop power and efficiency while increasing anaerobic output. Undulating periodization is used to continuously “shock” the body to increase strength, power, speed, and agility all while being tracked to show you the results. Theses sessions are taught by certified Personal Trainers/Level 1 CrossFit trainers.
Our Karma class is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout including calisthenics and resistance exercises. The purpose of HIIT is metabolic conditioning. By raising your metabolism, you train your body to burn more calories. Our Karma class has been tested and has proven to burn an average of 500 calories per class!
The TRX is a form of suspension training that was developed by Navy Seals. It is a system of ropes that allows you to use your bodyweight as resistance. It is designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Our TRX class is a one hour workout incorporating both cardio and strength training.
