LES MILLS BODYPUMP is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You will  leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

LES MILLS YOGA is a new, four-part fitness series blending traditional yoga with modern coaching, music, and science for physical and mental well-being, offering distinct classes like Yin (restoration), Hatha (alignment), Vinyasa (strength flow), and Breath (clarity) in 45-minute sessions to build strength, flexibility, and calm for all levels. It’s designed to be accessible, effective, and engaging, making yoga approachable for gym settings by providing structure, music, and expert programming to help people find their “higher state”.

Les Mills CEREMONY is a 45-minuter, total-body functional circuit/HIIT (High Intensity Training)/boot camp style workout scientifically designed for both strength and cardio conditioning. Delivered in a dedicated functional training space, CEREMONY™ uses a wide range of functional equipment – like sleds, kettlebells, ski ergs, rowers, air bikes and more.  Give it your all with a community that has your back, music that motivates you and expert coaches to guide you and push you to your max.
