KIDSPLEX CHILDCARE:
Open weekdays from 8:30am to 8pm, Saturday 8am – 2pm. Kidsplex is not offered on Sunday.

CIRCUIT EQUIPMENT:
We will open with a full Life Fitness INSIGNIA Series, 16-piece circuit along with a 7-piece circuit from FREE MOTION, the leaders in cable motion.

CABLE CROSSOVER MACHINES:
A total of five (5)! From Life Fitness: one 8-Station jungle gym plus 2 additional conventional cable crossovers. From Free Motion Fitness: 2, dual adjustable cable crossovers.

DUMBBELLS:
1 set up to 100lbs and a 2 nd set up to 150lbs.

PLATE-LOADED MACHINES:
Over 25 pieces from the world’s best. HAMMER

STRENGTH?
You bet! Over 12 pieces! They have been a staple in our facilities since 2000 and our members love it. ARSENAL STRENGTH? Oh yeah! We have been
equipping our facilities with their equipment since 2017 and their presence in our clubs continues to increase. Also, over 12 pieces!

HEAVY DUTY:
Four (4), Hammer Strength half-racks with bumper weights!!

CARDIO:
Lots of it! Life Fitness treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and PowerMills, Cybex Arc Trainers, Concept 2 rowers and Concept 2 Ski Erg’s

LOCKER ROOMS:
Of course. Saunas coming soon!

GO ROGUE:
Upstairs training area with Rogue racks, bumper weights, battle ropes, turf and sleds.

GROUP FITNESS/TEAM TRAINING:
Oh yeah! We have partnered with Les Mills once again to deliver excellence in the classroom! Coming late fall, a new era of team training from the group fitness organization that is now in 104 countries and 21,000 facilities worldwide. This is the future and Bodyplex is bringing it first! Not only will we feature BodyPump, the world’s largest barbell class designed to tone, strengthen and trim but we will also be introducing the all-new CEREMONY by Les Mills, a new boot-camp, HIIT training-inspired workout along with Les Mills YOGA! Unlimited classes will be at a small additional charge, but the investment will be life-changing!
