HIIT engages short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief periods of recovery.

The basic recipe is to go as hard as you can for a short period of time, rest and then repeat. GRIT and Sprint utilize the proven HIIT formula and alternate intervals of high-intensity followed by active recovery periods for a truly intense and challenging workout. By implementing the use of recovery periods, it allows one to reach their maximum training zone again and again, shocking the body each and every workout!
